The space
The flat is located on a cosy first floor and is distributed into two bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and the other with two 90cm single beds, and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. The bedrooms also have large wardrobes. It also has a large living-dining room, Smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and complete crockery and cutlery. It has air conditioning in all rooms, gas heating and LED lighting.
Guest access
It is a private space, designed exclusively for our guests, so you will have access to the accommodation in its entirety: kitchen, living room, dining room, bathrooms and bedrooms. We offer comfort and privacy at all times. Our accommodation has a lift but there are stairs so it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Other things to note
This fantastic flat is located in the heart of Madrid, close to many of the most visited tourist attractions such as; La Puerta del Sol, Gran Vía, Opera, The Royal Palace, etc. Close to the apartment you will find a great gastronomic and commercial offer as well as bars, supermarkets and public transport. A few meters from the accommodation you will find Sol station, where you can take lines 1, 2 and 3 of the Metro, as well as lines C3 and C4 of RENFE cercanías (short distance train). A set of keys will be provided to enable access at any time. We offer cot and high chair on request at 30€ each. All amenities offered are included in the price.
