KeyHomez was founded with a clear purpose: to make renting an apartment simple, safe, and human. We saw too many tenants and landlords navigate the rental market without the support they deserved – unclear contracts, unprotected deposits, and agencies more interested in commissions than people.
Based at Van Zaeckstraat 73 in The Hague, we work at the heart of one of Europe’s most international cities. Den Haag is home to embassies, international courts, global organisations, and a rich local community – and we’re proud to serve both the expats who arrive with a suitcase and a new chapter ahead, and the locals who know this city as their lifelong home.
That’s why we introduced our escrow service – a secure, third-party payment solution that protects every party in a rental transaction. It’s one more way we go beyond what a standard agency offers, because we believe the renting experience should be as trustworthy as the home itself.
