Set within its own pristine tropical gardens covering 1.300m2, the villa sits impressively in the lovely location of Adeje, with partial seaviews looking across over ‘La Gomera’ island.
Everything about this property has been solely designed to provide an amazing holiday for its guests.

The space
The outdoor space offers a large and beautiful heated swimming pool that is surrounded by well kept landscaped gardens, and also includes a fabulous outdoor jacuzzi for ultimate relaxation, that looks out on to panoramic views of the sea, offering picturesque sunsets in the evenings.

The house also includes a barbeque and covered terrace with outdoor lounge and dining table for entertaining and enjoying delicious outdoor grills.
The ground floor has an additional laundry room, open-plan dining room and two large sofa lounge areas, of which, one, is a comfortable T.V room, with satélite televisión that provides all the international channels you can think of, along-side a vast dvd collection of great films to watch.

A Wireless-speaker music system is also provided that can be connected to any device using bluetooth, Usb port and also plays Cds.

The first floor of the property offers a delightful master bedroom with a spacious dressing room and en-suite bathroom, which has two washbasins a large jacuzzi and a shower.
On this floor there is also an additional second en-suite bedroom, and two additional large bedrooms with thier own complete bathrooms that include showers.

Villa Alaya offers complete tranquility and beautiful light throughout the day, the villa includes bathroom towels, beach towels and bed linens.

This property is ideally located in the urbanization of ‘Los Olivos’, in the exclusive principality of Adeje, South Tenerife.

Adeje is home to some of the best beaches on the island, including the gorgeous ‘Playa Del Duque’ which is only a 5 minutes’ drive away from the property. Here you can not only enjoy a beautiful beach but designer shops and classy restaurants.

The bustling resorts of Las Americas and ‘Los Cristiano’s’ are both within a 10 minute drive, and for those who like life at a slower pace, the quaint fishing village of ‘La Caleta’ with its lovely sea front restaurants, is less than 5 minutes away.

For those golfers amongst you, the championship course at ‘Costa Adeje’, is just a couple of minutes away, and the course at ‘Las Americas’ can be reached within 10 minutes.

We had the most fantastic stay at villa. The communication was excellent in the build up and throughout our stay and the villa was even better than we could have imagined! The pool and hot tub were perfect additions and as a group booking, our favorite days and evenings of the trip were spent lounging in the gorgeous outdoor space.
Could not recommend more – a perfect stay for a group of 8 friends!

We had a brilliant stay the this lovely villa. The fruit and pastries left for us on arrival were a lovely touch. The villa is very spacious, with 4 large bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Our family of 8 enjoyed all of the space and it felt the perfect size. The nearest supermarket is about a 10 minute walk, but a car is needed to get to anything else. We used Uber and managed to get around very easily. Siam park is only 10 minutes or so by car. The pool and garden area is beautiful; really peaceful and relaxing. As per the previous reviews, there are tiles coming off in the pool, but I understand this is due to be fixed in October. It wasn’t a big deal! The only slightly negative thing I can say about the villa, is that there isn’t any air conditioning. I hadn’t realised that before booking, but that was my own fault for not checking! If you’re thinking of booking to stay here, do it! You won’t regret it! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or to recommend it to friends and

We came here for a girls holiday for the week and had an amazing time. The villa was amazing, perfect for what we were looking for. Big pool with plenty beds to sunbathe during the day. Dining table outside to enjoy eating in at home. The hot tub was a great feature which we took full advantage of. All bedrooms were a great size with 3 of the rooms having showered ensuites. All bedrooms had direct access to the upper balcony which was perfect for us getting ready in the sun together. Location wise, there are a few restaurants, cafes and supermarket about a 10 minute walk away but we mainly got Ubers elsewhere. Our flight landed earlier than check in and they were more than accommodating to let us drop cases off early. Host quick with responding and very helpful. The pool did have quite a few missing tiles which I would suggest they fix but other than that the house was perfect and I would 1000% recommend. Thank you again for a fab week!

We had a brilliant stay at Villa Alaya, from booking all the way through to check out the service was great! On arrival, host met us and gave us a tour of the villa, he shared local taxi numbers with us and the villa was even stocked with some welcome bits like croissants, fruit, milk etc.
We were a group of 8 girls and the villa had everything we needed for our stay. The outside area is absolutely stunning and has great amenities to stay in and cook or have a bbq. On our final day we were even able to check out a bit later which was great as we had a late flight. All round a fab stay and we all agreed we would definitely recommend a stay at Villa Alaya!

Fabulous villa. All the amenities you could wish for in a holiday villa. Super responsive host. A short walk to bars and restaurants with local culture. A great spot for all the tourist attractions just a handful of minutes away by car. Villa and garden were beautiful. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you
