Sea Breeze · is a newly built villa, located in Playa Blanca (Lanzarote), between volcanoes and the Atlantic Ocean, a contrast of colors that you will not be able to forget.

The villa is distributed in a totally open space, thus integrating the different rooms: living room, kitchen, a large terrace, jacuzzi and private outdoor heated pool. It consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, two of them en-suite with a double bed (king size), and one with two twin beds.
The space
Villa Sea Breeze is ideally located in the south of Lanzarote. It has a modern design and is also spacious and bright. It has air conditioning in all rooms of the house, free fiber optic WiFi, a safe, a state-of-the-art alarm, and private parking.

The living room is very spacious and has a 55″ TV with the possibility of watching foreign channels, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob…). You will also find a room with a washing machine and clothesline.

It has 3 bedrooms with built-in closets and 3 bathrooms, 2 of the en-suite bedrooms with a king-size bed and one of them with two twin beds. All bedrooms have air conditioning and a flat-screen TV.
Housekeeping, change of towels and bed linen will be carried out every 4 days, as well as cleaning of the pool, gardens and common areas.

Outside, there is a private heated pool, Jacuzzi, chill-out area, and a large garden with sun loungers, where you can enjoy the good weather that our island offers throughout the year.
