Cas Can Caxan is a traditional finca in the northern hills between Sant Joan and Sant Miquel, with a Beautiful sea view and splendid sunsets. This grand rural estate of 22 acres reaches out over an entire hillside from the green valley up to the forests at the top. The house lies halfway uphill, surrounded by ancient, walled terraces. The space
The split leveled layout of the finca provides for individual privacy. Yet the spacious communal garden and pool areas invites for gatherings like outside dinners, pool parties and relaxing afternoons.
The three split leveled areas offer 4 kitchen facilities: 1 central, 1 at the pool and 2 kitchenettes for breakfast.
In total there are 5 bathrooms: the main house has 2 bathrooms, Studio 1, Casitas 1 and 1 at the pool.
As the bedding is adjustable, the Villa accommodates 6 couples in double/kingsize beds or up to 10 quests all in single beds.
There are 6/7 bedrooms all unique in shape and design, all have excess to private terraces, klamboe and fan.
The maximum: 12 quests plus 2 kids.
