Best view ever on the bay of Port d’Addaia and S’albufera des Grau Natural Park. It’s the perfect villa for a relaxing holiday in a very nice area of Menorca and have some fun with your family and friends.
Just installed a brand new air conditioning system in all rooms!
The space
House with great and unbelievable view on the sea with private pool and porch with a terrific view on Port d’Addaia and Mongofre Natural Park. You can relax by the pool, or go out to sea (the house has a boat mooring/dock just downside a stair). Wonderful sea view, overlooking the bay of Addaia islands.

– A double room, a bedroom with a small double bed, a bedroom with two single beds.
– Two showerooms completely renovated.
– Large and equipped kitchen, fully renovated.
– Living room with large table, sofas, armchairs, direct access to the patio overlooking the sea.
– A/C in all rooms
– Barbeque in the garden, another table in the rare patio for lunch/dinner by the pool.
– Possible mooring with direct access from the house to the pier.
– Internet wifi
– I’m very proud to tell you that the house is green powered: the electricity is generated from renewable sources (sun, wind, hydropower and biomass)
– Even though is green energy, please we kindly ask to use it just when necessary and avoid any kind of waste of electricity and moreover water, that is limited in Menorca, like in others small islands.
