Exclusive luxury villa with 2000m2 built and 8000m2 of gardens. It has sea views and it’s only 10 minutes drive from the centre of Ibiza. It has three master bedrooms, three double bedrooms with private living room and a flat connected to the house with independent entrance. Incredible swimming pool, industrial kitchen in the annex with indoor BBQ, outdoor gym, indoor and outdoor dining rooms, among others. The space
The exterior has a large garden of 8000m2 and a swimming pool with sea views, as well as a solarium where you can relax and sunbathe.

The interior spaces are open-plan and meticulously decorated with luxury furnishings and finishes.

There are 4 GRAND SUITE rooms overlooking the pool and gardens.
It’s decorated with great detail for a unique experience and comfort. These bedroom have a living room space as well as independent bathrooms (including a hydro-massage bathtub in one of them).
