The villa is located on a hillside providing panoramic views of both the Alcudia and Pollença bays.

The 7km long sandy beach of Port Alcudia is just a 2min drive away. Alcudia old town with a wide variety of restaurants, shops, and more, is at the same distance.
The Alcanada Golf Club and restaurant are also within a 5min drive.
The space
The grounds are accessed via security gates, leading to a large parking area surrounded by beautifully planted gardens, olive trees, a fire pit, and a water feature.

Impeccably furnished to the highest standard, the entire accommodation is on one level and features three bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a double bed, a large closet, and an open-concept bathroom with a private toilet. Large glass doors offer direct access to the pool terrace and provide stunning views of the sea and mountains.
The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds and is served by a full bathroom.
The third bedroom has a double bed and offers an extra bit of privacy, as it is accessed separately via the garden. It is accompanied by a full bathroom, which can be accessed from the bedroom or via a separate entry of the gardens.

The spacious living room has ceiling height glass doors, allowing for spectacular views over the Bay and Port of Alcudia. It features a large comfortable seating area with TV and a dining area.

The modern kitchen is airy and fully equipped, lacks nothing.

Accessing the terrace via the glass doors is like being transported to the pages of a life style magazine.

The paved terrace is furnished with a dining table, an exterior sofa, sun loungers and 2 Vondom Igloos. There is also a sunken fire pit surrounded by seating.
The centre point is the impressive salt water infinity pool, accessed via Roman steps. The pool is equipped with a swim stream, ideal for swimmers and triathletes, and is heatable*.
The villa also features a mini golf area and table tennis setup. Guests seeking for even additional entertainment can use the lawned garden to set up the volley or badminton net.

The BBQ and entertainment area of this residence is the perfect spot to enjoy the best time of the year.
Featuring a 92 inch TV screen and sound system, it is great for gathering to watch special sporting events.
The above is completed by the fully equipped bar with Teppanyaki hot plate, Kamado BBQ, ice maker, and more. It also serves draft beer (25 litres included).
