The space
The flat is designed for couples or smart workers who want to enjoy the fantastic climate of the Costa Daurada.

The accommodation consists of a double bedroom, a large master bathroom, a kitchen and living room that form a large living room and a private veranda.

In each room there is air conditioning so that your stay is comfortable in both summer and winter.

In the master suite you will enjoy a comfortable queen-size bed, a large wardrobe with ample space for your suitcases and personal belongings.

The room is lit by a large window with blackout curtains to ensure your privacy.

The kitchen is island-style, new and very modern, completely made of stainless steel and equipped with everything you need to cook tasty meals.

Another fantastic thing you can enjoy during your stay in this apartment is the beautiful Infinity swimming pool with a Jacuzzi inside.
Once you have finished the swim you can rinse in the external shower accessible from the poolside.

Some areas, such as the swimming pool and the tables are in common, that is, that they will be usable both by you and the tenants who could be present in the other three apartments of the property.

The apartment is located on the ground floor so it is very easy to access.

The main entrance which opens onto the living room is preceded by 3 steps while the rear entrance which opens into the bedroom has no architectural barriers so access to the house is simple both with crutches, prams and large suitcases.

To unload your suitcases in total comfort and with less effort, you can arrive by car immediately outside the apartment door. However, the car will not be able to park inside the property but you can leave it at the many free car parks immediately outside the gate.

You will be able to access all the external areas of the property, some private just for you and others shared with the tenants of the other three apartments.

The private area is the veranda outside the living room entrance, sheltered by an upper terrace, where you will find chairs where you can relax while enjoying the beautiful view of the pool and palm trees.

The common areas are the gym, the swimming pool and two large tables for 8/10 people.
