About this space
The apartment is located in a renovated 19th-century building in the heart of Madrid de los Austrias, next to the Plaza de la Paja, in the historic center and with the main tourist attractions a few minutes away. The house has 90m2 and has two double bedrooms in loft and another room with two single beds. It is fully equipped and also has heating and super wifi connection. Despite being in the center, the house is very quiet and very fresh for this hot summer days.

The space
This apartment is located in a 19th century building at the very heart of the Old Town (also now as “Madrid de los Austrias”), just 5 minutes walking from Mercado de San Miguel, plaza mayor, palacio real, etc. The apartment has three bedrooms (two of them are in a loft) and can be fitted up to six people so it’s ideal for families or groups of friends. In addition, if you traveling with a baby, we can bring you a travel cot.

It has been carefully decorated so you’ll feel comfortable and right like at home during your stay.

The two double bedrooms are in a loft which you can access using a ladder (keep in mind that you can’t stand up in the lofts because of the height). The third bedroom has two individual beds which is perfect for kids or older people. Every bedroom has very comfortable beds, fresh and clean towels and linen.

Everything is ready for you to enjoy and you disconnect!

Both bathrooms have a shower and a powerful hair dryer (each one!)

In the living-room, with really high ceiling, you can enjoy the TV, game console and speakers for listening your music and watching movies. In addition, there is excellent WIFI throughout all the apartment.

Finally, in the kitchen you’ll find all you need to cook at home (pans, pots, plates, glasses, wineglasses…). You can take all that you need from a small larder with basic products like oil, salt, coffee, etc. and of course a dishwasher!

There’s a laundry room with a washing machine too with detergent and softener in case you’re on a long trip and need to clean your clothes.

You will also find an iron clothes and will enjoy of a powerfull WIFI connection.

This apartment doesn’t have air conditioning but is fresh in summer because the building has really huge stone walls.
