The space
The beautiful accommodation consists of a large Open Space with kitchen, dining room and living room with sofa, two bathrooms, one for service with a washing machine and the other with a shower, a double Suite and a second bedroom with two beds (or a double).

The apartment opens onto a private terrace facing the pool, with two comfortable chairs and an electric awning that can be opened to provide shade.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning for hot or cold air according to your taste and according to the temperature.

It is the right apartment for you to spend a relaxing holiday with your partner, a double holiday or if you are a teleworker who wants to work in an oasis of peace and well-being.

The accommodation is complete with everything, each bed will already be prepared with sheets, pillows and blankets.
In the bathrooms you will find towels, a hair dryer, toilet paper and a Welcome Kit with Shampoo, Conditioner and Shower Gel.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking and eating utensils and appliances.
The kitchen consists of a magnificent peninsula with a marble countertop.
It is equipped with:
– oven;

– sink;
– fridge and freezer (upon arrival you will find fresh drinks);
– dishwasher;
– teapot (with tea bags);
– Nespresso coffee machine (supplied with capsules)
– 4 gas burners;

The kitchen is new, beautiful, bright and while you cook you can admire the pool and the palm trees from the large window in the living room.

In front of the kitchen there is a large wooden dining table, with comfortable chairs, perfect for having lunch or working comfortably.

To complete the OpenSpace there is a large and very comfortable L-shaped sofa and a 50” Smart TV.
You can go out to your private terrace from the front door or the French window in the living room.

To rest at night, the charming Double Suite awaits you, composed of a comfortable Queen Size bed from which you can admire the wonderful pool and the outdoor patio from the large French window (equipped with darkening curtains to guarantee absolute privacy) that guarantees you a private exit from the Suite to the terrace.

In the Suite there is a very large closet where you can leave your suitcases and personal effects.

On each side of the bed there are two nightstands with light and plugs.

The second bedroom is very spacious and bright, it has two beds, two large wardrobes and bedside tables.
The room is equipped with a window that guarantees natural light and fresh air (it has a darkening curtain for your privacy).

In addition there are two bathrooms:
– one for service, with toilet, sink, washing machine and shiny mirror;
– one with toilet, bidet, large shower, mirror and hairdryer.

In the outdoor areas, there are common areas with the tenants of the other three apartments of the property, to which you will have free access:
– the large swimming pool with illuminated jacuzzi;
– very comfortable loungers for sunbathing and umbrellas for shade;
– two outdoor dining tables each for 8/10 people;

In addition, in the outdoor area there are some armchairs in the shade of the palm trees where you can relax reading a book and having a glass of wine.

To unload your suitcases comfortably and with less effort, you can arrive by car right in front of the apartment door. However, the car will not be able to park inside the property, but you can leave it in the many free parking lots right outside the door.
Guest access
You will be able to access all the external areas of the property, some private just for you and others shared with the tenants of the other three apartments.

The private area is the terrace which the apartment overlooks.
On the terrace there are two comfortable deck chairs to relax and enjoy the view of the pool and palm trees.
In addition, the terrace has an automatic awning, which you can open at will to provide shade.

The common areas are the gym, the swimming pool and two large tables for 8/10 people.

For any eventuality, I am at your disposal. In addition to offering 24-hour assistance, a concierge service is available (with the exception of the night) available via chat to which you can ask any question, from the operation of the air conditioning, to the best restaurant in the area, from the spa for manicures to the closest parking.
