The space
Regarding its layout and decoration, the apartment consists of a living room and an integrated kitchen, as well as two bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen has all the appliances of total integration (fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, etc.) and totally exterior environment, this being the central part of the house, fully lit by the outside glass balcony, perfect for brunch, reading or working. The living room has a table suitable for up to four people and a double sofa.
The suite-like master bedroom is distributed in a king size bed, set against an upholstered headboard, two designer bedside tables, reading sconces, built-in flat screen TV, and built-in wardrobes with trunks at the top. Additionally, the apartment has a safe.
