The space
The Villa is located in the prestigious area of Santa María de Llorell. It has 280 m² on a surface area of 1000 m².
The house is surrounded by vegetation that creates a special isolated atmosphere. If you’re looking for privacy, peace, and an unforgettable vacation, this is a great place for you. There is no noise from passing cars. The bright summer sun, surrounding pine trees, and the sea create a beautiful atmosphere with breathtaking sea views.
It is an absolutely idyllic place to spend a relaxing vacation in a safe environment by the sea.
The house is designed in a traditional Mediterranean style, there is air conditioning in the living room, dining room, and in the 5 bedrooms. Charming terraces to enjoy family lunches and moments of pure natural atmosphere, outdoor dining preparing a delicious barbecue is a tribute.
You also have the possibility to enjoy the sun in a large private garden of the house.
The lawn is protected from the outside by shrubs and is a good place, for example, to play with children.
Waking up to a beautiful view of the blue sea is recharging the soul with pure positive energy.

At the entrance of the Residential complex there is a supermarket, and on the beach a restaurant with live music (beach club in the summer).
As it is a private development, access is restricted to guests and owners only, making Cala Llorell beach less crowded than other Costa Brava beaches.

– Only families or groups aged 30 and over are accepted.
The Villa is 30 minutes from Girona airport, 50 minutes from Barcelona.

The rental price includes:
– Internet and electricity included, electricity waste carries extra charges.
– Bed linens and bath towels. You must bring beach-pool towels or book in advance, check price.
– Weekly cleaning and change of sheets and towels (Only for stays of 2 weeks minimum)

Mandatory additional charges:
1. You must pay the security guard at the residential barrier, €15 in cash, he will stick a label on your car for free access during your stay.
– The local tourist tax can be paid in cash at €1 per night per person. Maximum of 7 nights to pay.
