The space
The property has 140 m2 distributed in two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, large open plan living room with direct access to the terrace, courtesy toilet with access from the living room and fully equipped kitchen.

The living room, with views from all angles to the Giralda and the Cathedral, has a large design sofa, 55-inch television, Sonos Hi-Fi sound system, and Apple TV system to enjoy all kinds of content. It also has a dining table for 6 people.

The panoramic terrace of 40 m2, which is accessed from the living room through three large doors, has exceptional and unprecedented views of the monumental area of the city. It has a lounge area with sofas and low table for relaxing moments, a dining area with capacity for four people and a solarium area with hammock and shower to sunbathe and cool off on hot days.

The master bedroom, exterior and overlooking the distant towers of the Plaza de España, has a single space with three different environments (bedroom, dressing room and bathroom) with a large king size bed 180 x 200 cm, a large dressing closet of design, with a desk that exerts at will of flirtatious dressing table, and a complete open concept bathroom, with a design bathtub naturally integrated into the room as a decorative and functional element.

The second bedroom, overlooking a beautiful interior courtyard, is equipped with two twin beds of 90 x 200 cm and a decorative air of Mediterranean essence, dotted with a deep blue in textiles and furniture details. Likewise, the bathroom that serves the second bedroom is equipped to detail, with a rain shower, designer toilets and high quality furniture.

The kitchen, attached to the living room, which is accessed through huge glass doors, has state of the art appliances and all the necessary utensils and equipment to cook like a great chef. In the middle of the kitchen there is a bar with two design stools perfect to improvise a coffee or breakfast overlooking a large window that overlooks the old city wall.
