About this space
RENOVATED ON APRIL ’25. Amazing 210 sqm house with 500 sqm private garden located in a compound in Sant Pol de Mar where you can enjoy privacy and relaxation, by the sea.

All the rooms are exterior and it has a large kitchen open to the living room and with access to the garden.

The garden is an ideal place to enjoy bbq or sunbathe as it offers shady corners with privileged views of the sea.

3 pools and a quiet beach (less than 5′ walk) will make your stay unforgettable.

The space
As you can see in the photos, in this fantastic house overlooking the stunning Mediterranean Sea you can enjoy the following spaces:

-A living-dining room area with sofa-bed, TV, audio receiver, and a large dining table
-A fully equipped kitchen that will make you feel at home.
-A capsules coffee machine will be waiting for making your tasty coffees!
-A laundry area
-A large garden overlooking the sea delicately manicured garden that houses mature plants, palm trees, cactus and tropical flowers. It also has a pergola with grapevines and a large olive tree that provides shade in the summer months.

The sleeping area is distributed in 3 bedrooms with fantastic views of the sunrise and sunset organized as follows:

*A master bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the large terrace.
*A second bedroom with 2 big single beds that join together using the Bedbinders system and become a comfortable king bed. Direct access to the large terrace.
* The third bedroom with a bunk bed.

The house has 3 bathrooms.

About the bathrooms:
-One is ensuite to the master bedroom with bathub.
-The other bathroom is family-sized and is shared by the 2nd and 3rd bedroom. With floor level shower.
– The 3rd bathroom is family-sized and is on the garden floor. With floor level shower.

It is a warm and cosy space, used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest.
