Villa Molinar is a charming and impressive urban villa that boasts a beautiful and magnificent courtyard with flowers, palm trees and a paradisiacal private pool. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 en-suite bathrooms (4 double beds). The villa has just been partially renovated, is in perfect condition and has been furnished to the most modern standards:

– Bed linen and towels for all bedrooms.
– All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioners
– In the spacious living room you will find a modern dining area next to the lounge with a comfortable sofa and a SAMSUNG – 70″ flat screen TV
-The kitchen is also equipped with everything you need. Among other things, a Nespresso coffee machine and two large refrigerators where you can store all the products you have bought in the various gastronomic corners of the island.
-If you come with children, let us know: we will be happy to provide you with free cribs and high chairs upon request.

You use the villa exclusively. Please NEVER let children play unsupervised in the pool. Every year several children drown in pools on Mallorca. I do not want to create panic here at all. But please be super vigilant!
