Distributed across two floors, Villa Ponent has five air-conditioned rooms, ensuring comfort and coolness during your stay.
Upon entering, a private path leads to a spacious parking area. The main door opens to an elegant lobby that connects to a reading room and, further ahead, to the main living room, which features satellite Tv and comfortable sofas. The lobby also provides access to a modern kitchen/dining area, equipped with an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and an American-style refrigerator. From the dining room, patio doors open directly to the gardens and swimming pool, creating a fluid transition between the interior and exterior.
On the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms that share a full bathroom, and a third double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
On the first floor, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, which includes a whirlpool bathtub and French doors that open to a spacious terrace with spectacular countryside views. Also on this level, there is another double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and shower. The villa has been carefully renovated and decorated in soft pastel tones, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere throughout the property.
Outside, the villa is surrounded by well-maintained gardens, with lawn areas on the sides of the pool. The covered terrace has a ping-pong table, and nearby is the barbecue, perfect for enjoying outdoor dinners while contemplating the landscape.
