Booking Terms and Conditions – Keyhomez Ibiza Vacation Rentals
These Booking Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to all vacation rental bookings made through Keyhomez, a brand of Vacation Damar SL. By confirming a booking, you agree to the conditions outlined below.

2. Booking Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from Keyhomez and the required payment has been processed. We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion.
3. Payment Terms
- All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
- A deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking, depending on the property and rental period.
- Final balances are typically due 30–60 days before arrival (as specified per booking).

- Secure card payment via Stripe or PayPal
- Bank transfer (when arranged in advance)
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Our Refund Policy explains cancellation deadlines, partial refunds, and non-refundable conditions. Please read it before booking.
5. Check-In / Check-Out Times
- Check-in: From 16:00 (4:00 PM)
- Check-out: By 11:00 AM
Late check-outs or early check-ins may be available upon request and subject to availability and extra fees.
6. Security Deposit
Some properties require a refundable security deposit to cover potential damages. Details will be provided at the time of booking or check-in.
7. Guest Responsibilities
7.1 Maximum Occupancy
You must not exceed the number of guests stated in the booking confirmation. Exceeding this limit may result in additional charges or cancellation without refund.
7.2 Use of Property
All properties are for private holiday use only. Events, parties, or subletting are strictly prohibited unless agreed in writing.
7.3 Damage and Behavior
You are responsible for any damage or loss caused during your stay. Please report any incidents immediately to our support team.
8. Property Descriptions and Availability
While we strive to ensure all listings are accurate, property details may change or contain minor inaccuracies. If a booked property becomes unavailable, we will offer an equivalent or better alternative when possible.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, governmental restrictions, travel bans, or strikes.
10. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, health issues, and property-related risks.
11. Data Protection
All customer data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and in compliance with GDPR regulations.
12. Liability Disclaimer
Vacation Damar SL (Keyhomez) shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or personal property during your stay, unless caused by gross negligence on our part.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Málaga, Spain.
