Booking Terms & Conditions – Keyhomez Ibiza Vacation Rentals
These Booking Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to all bookings made through Keyhomez, a brand operated by Vacation Damar SL. By confirming a booking, you agree to comply with the following terms.

2. Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed once:
- You have received a written booking confirmation from Keyhomez via email, AND
- The required deposit or full payment has been successfully processed.
We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our sole discretion.
3. Payment Terms
- All rates are in Euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
- A deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking (amount varies by property and season).
- Remaining balances are typically due 30–60 days prior to arrival, as specified in your booking details.
Accepted Payment Methods
- Secure credit/debit card payment via Stripe or PayPal
- Bank transfer (subject to prior agreement)
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Please review our full Refund & Cancellation Policy for detailed terms. By booking with us, you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy.
5. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: From 16:00 (4:00 PM)
- Check-out: By 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability and additional fees.
6. Security Deposit
Some properties require a refundable security deposit to cover potential damages. The deposit amount and payment method will be specified at the time of booking. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after check-out, provided no damages or breaches occur.
7. Guest Responsibilities
7.1 Maximum Occupancy
The maximum number of guests allowed is as stated in your booking confirmation. Exceeding this limit may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.
7.2 Use of Property
Properties are for private holiday use only. Hosting events, parties, or commercial activities is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing.
7.3 Damage & Behavior
Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused during the rental period. All damages must be reported immediately to Keyhomez. The cost of repairs or replacements will be deducted from the security deposit or charged separately.
8. Property Descriptions & Availability
We strive for accuracy in our property listings, but minor changes may occur. If the booked property becomes unavailable, we will offer an equivalent or superior alternative, or a full refund.
9. Force Majeure
Keyhomez is not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or transportation disruptions. In such cases, we will attempt to offer alternative dates or accommodations.
10. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and loss or damage of personal belongings.
11. Data Protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR laws.
12. Liability Disclaimer
Vacation Damar SL (Keyhomez) shall not be liable for personal injuries, illnesses, accidents, loss, or damage to personal property during your stay, unless directly caused by our proven negligence.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Málaga, Spain.
